It takes a special person to work with children.
All Little People’s Place employees are trained and certified in early childhood development, and all primary teachers hold a bachelor’s degree in education.
Mary Burke opened our childcare facility in 1974. She is the CEO and story teller at L.P.P.
Stephanie Boggs was hired in 2003. She has a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Leadership and Education. She is currently the director.
Cindy Plantholt was hired in 1995 as our office manager.
All of our teachers are trained in CPR, first aid, and medication administration. Each teacher also holds a current Maryland Credential Certificate that is based on the teachers education, experience, and training.

3 year old full day- Ms. Bethany & Ms. Randi
3 year old part day- Ms. Kristin
4 year old full day- Ms. Lauren & Ms. Leslie
4 year old part day- Ms. Danielle
